Three messages now sent to support on a specific problem with activation of backup stealth e book after hard drive crash.
No response.
Has anyone ever tried using support & got a reply?
Don't get me wrong the forum is great but the support backup is c***p

aspkin reset the code & gave you a file to download.

I'm sending a pm as well with those instructions.

As far as I checked there have been two tickets.

One that aspkin answered.
Tonight's one that I am attempting to fix.
