How do I upgrade my account?

I'm at individual right now. But I want to raise it to a business account but I need a business #? How do I get that for it to go through?

ebay ca does recomend having a premier/business account for ebay stores.
You had that under consideration at some point.

You have two options.
You could make a new business account.
Udnder the rules you can have a personal and a business account.
Yes, you do need to have business information to insert.
If you have do not have that yet then look at creating a business name etc.

Also I hit 90 days as a active member yesterday... And meet all the requirements for top rated and a power seller but nothing happened and I'm still not off the 21 day hold? Should I call eBay?

90 days is not a give me on this.

I have accounts 6 months old that had the holds off and are now back on.

I have accounts 120 days and still holds.

I have account 2 weeks old and no holds.

Again never a rhyme or reason with them.

There are dozens of threads where this has been discussed ad infinitum.

There are no specific time limits anymore, it's a whole new ball game with selling limits.

You will get them when they want to raise them or you can try calling them but be prepared for whatever the ask or might request, ID docs, invoices etc.

As for PS & TRS these are 'awarded' after monthly evaluations

Ok.. So I won't call... But is emailing and asking if they can take me off the 21 day hold the same thing?

They will not remove the 21 day holds from p/p funds at your request. That will only happen when they deem that they are no longer required.

It won't make any difference if you call, email or live chat I'm afraid, it won't happen any sooner.

I am consistent to withdraw the same amount of money out of PP for every few days, and always keep around 200-300 in my accounts. After 4 months, both of my accounts have 21 day hold removed.

If you are in fact considering your store etc etc, get organised now with your paypal.

Take those steps to make a smooth transition to the next part of your ebay selling

I have everything ready in Paypal... Its a premier account verified and a real credit card attached to it that was never used before.. I'm just asking if its safe and nothing will happen if I add it to ebay the same credit card I use on Ebay..?
