 Photo ID Verification (3rd Party)
Ok, so I have a stealth paypal account and everything was verified, bank account, address, telephone, etc. Pretty much everything you need to "supposingly" get by. Of course they ended up requesting more information after receiving a payment, which wasn't much of problem. They wanted a Utility Bill and Government Issued, so I simply got "creative". They checked the utility bill and that helped with the additional address verification and then they got to the ID. According to them, through a 3rd Party Vendor, they checked the DL # and it was not verifiable. Now one of things I thought was....the government issued id and utility bill as to make sure it was you and see if both address match with what's on your paypal account. Apparently they really check the ID # as it seems.
With that being said, the next morning I ended up calling as I thoroughly read through aspkin to seek a solution. They simply said, cover the account # to your utility bill and DL #. I asked limitations on the phone as a "GENERIC" caller if that was ok and they said that Utility bill was fine, but the DL # cannot be covered.
Basially, my question is...how can I get around an issue like this? I never knew or thought that they actually check the DL #. Now I have a few hundred bucks tied up.   |
