Default Which is your worst and best DSR category?

For me, my worst is definitely dispatch time.
My best is P&P charges - 0 all the way!
Item as described is also good, with a 1 in the last 12 months.
Communication is mediocre at 2.

This is adding up data across all sides as I sell internationally.
I now dispatch within 24 hrs... rain or shin.

4.9s and 5.0s across the board. My items are pretty low defect rate, and I live next to a post office, so my items go out about 5-10 times a day. You always get those buyers, who had a bad day, and feel the need to leave negs to make them self feel better.

Its usually all the same around 4.8-5.0.

I honestly think if you are doing stealth accounts it must be that way. But i guess i can say shipping time is my worst because sometimes i get a bit lazy to package items

My items take 15-20days to get delievered and I have 4.85 in shipment time.
4.94 in item description
4.96 in communication! I have saved templates I keep them updated after each action
4.98 in shipping and handling charges because I offer them free shipping

The key to maintaing DSRs over 4.60 is to always communicate like a human being with your customers. Never send messages which seems to be saved templates, make sure they are small and concise and to the point.

Item description --> Describe your items in all aspects, appearance, feel, smell, using most of the seeing, feeling, hearing senses I guess.

Shipment Time --> The customers should know why the parcel is going to take a long time, also remind them of the fact yu offered them free shipment and they had a choice to choose faster shipment.

I believe these 4-DSRs are easy to maintain at a safe level if you play smart.

From this point, I just want to sell a lot of items. So even if I get a few bad DSRs it wont make any difference whatsoever to the points.
