some of you probably remember i was fighting to get a previously suspended account back

many years old and 1,000s of feedback

unlimited etc

mutts nuts

well it looks like ive got it back

all good you might think

but when logging in (fully for the first time in years) the details in there are EXACTLY the same as an old (8years) account that was/is suspended previously

what do i do ?

a manual review will toast it

i know my initial thinking

but what would YOU guys do ?

After reading many stories in this forum, and have been waiting my appeal for a month. I've already decided to work on a new stealth account. I have (had) account over 30,000 feedback and I'm not looking forward to have it back. Good luck!

ok no science to my theory but just observations,but I have seen this before. Linked accs go down usually in close succession and their manual review may not go for that kind of search...they are looking at sales and limits etc, also sometimes I am sure they knowingly allow some accs to survive, ie. they just do not want you to have too many ..I would wait and see....the question is are you going to leave address as is...or change it now or in a while? I would give it a while and change it slightly

was going to speak to them on the phone and be "straight"

its 7 years or more ago

the business has grown and we've moved to new offices etc

and add a business address

but do it out in the open pretty much immediately

only the name and DOB would remain the same

which is bad enough lol

I hope that it works out but in your shoes, knowing what i know about eb, I would not have my expectations up. eB DOES reinstate accounts and then bam! bans later on. Keep us posted.
