AVS Vcc's ioffer in Europe

Howdy Lads & Ladies

It seems that from all the marketplace sellers here, and the various options available, that nothing works for AVS on ioffer in Europe?

I've been on ioffer a few years now, and while it's not a huge seller, it ticks over nicely. I unfortunately can't list anymore items until I upgrade to "seller" (for the second time, two years later and after 400+ sales )

Seemingly, and i've no reason to doubt it due to the hassle i've had, they upgraded their systems to a strict avs one, which is 'verified by visa' and 'securecode by mastercard'.

Normal vcc's used to work fine, but not anymore. There are options in the marketplace for US based sellers, but none for Europe.

Can anyone offer some insight?

Thanks for the advice GT, but unfortunately as i'm not a UK resident, it's not an option to me.

Will start looking at similar local options, I think that's best.
