A short one to say hello to you! Most useful the information I have read so far, I have just got the book so glued to the screen for the rest of the afternoon.

I have been on ebay a few years but a couple of knock backs last week, naughty customer or bots crawling about for VERO etc maybe both..

Anyway, I am here to stay as I need the advice to protect myself...

Looked forward to getting the input I need and also passing on any experiences I may have!...

Thanks Greenbean.. I have read your input a lot.. the "customers service" thread this morning will let me sleep more easily now..

Some customers.. Jeeeze.. glad to see we all have them.. and the way to handle them.. Well it's nice to see my own thoughts about letting them get the final word and going off in the corner to swear at myself is truly the best option..
