Ebay are without doubt the worst provider of customer service I've ever experienced.

That number isnt correct buddy - I tried it and it doesnt go to ebay...so that agent was pulling your leg I think.

I concur - I tried this & it does not route to eb.

Maybe it did work when you utilised it cortex but the eb/pp folks maybe got wind of this number being publicized & they rendered it useless??? Just a thought.
