What do I do for gigs that only pay with PayPal?

I do a lot of freelance work. I do some of it through bidding sites, content mills, and similar things. Some of them ONLY pay via PayPal. If I have an email address that isn't linked to a PayPal account and my gig sends money there, is there any way to get the money without creating a new account? My current PayPal account has a negative balance thanks to eBay siding with a scammer who bought an expensive item from me, and I need money now. I'm guessing I just need to create a stealth account.

Yes some Freelancing sites pay into your bank account, any bank account in the world

Freelancer are just as bad as PayPal. I'd stay away.

Just set up the stealth pp. Don't use old pp that has problems already with fees owing and cases decided against you.
