HI:
Sounds like--you need a Dog that ate your item pretty quick, Or maybe a Robbery took place, and the item was stolen??

Where is the water damage? The mind boggles.
Why do a transaction like that?

He will wonder why you gave him his money back AND shipped it to him for free. That was a pretty dumb thing to do, IMO. You should have just said it broke while you were packing it or it was broken and you noticed it when you packed it.

Wink

And worse, a set-up. Who can trust ebay? So why trust their staff?
I can not see the point of being asked for input on this one, however.

Ah, big mistake! If they notice it's counterfeit, it's the fact you're selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗ that will piss them off.

I think somebody is trying to recognize if the item they purchesed is authentic or not! They make you feel that if you are running a scum than you will have problems big time quick, since they are ebay.... The only way to avoid problems like that is be really nice, refund all money and simply say that the item got broken, stolen, eaten by the wolf. Do not even try to send it, because they do not want your ⊗⊗⊗⊗ item, that's why they play this game with you, so called representing ebay, I do not think the buyer really is a worker from ebay....

Depending on how important that account is to you and also how expensive the item is I would recommend that you purchase the REAL THING and ship that!

You could print the postage and never drop it off in the mail and then say it got losted and then give them a refund when they start to figure out they haven't received it yet. I did this before I said what you haven't got it yet I mailed it let me check with the post office then a few days later I said that they had no idea where the package was and that I would give her a refund and to let me know if it showed up so she could repay me again. The item didn't sell for as much I was hoping so this is why I did it kind of mean but it worked and she got her money back it could work.

LOL this whole thing is pretty funny. Why did this guy come here and ask advice and just ignore what everyone said? If it were me, I would've likely bought the real thing and shipped it just for the sake of keeping my account and profiting more overall. Depends on the item of course. Or else just refund the guy and come up with a good excuse.
