Why do new sellers on eBay only have the option of PayPal?

Why do new sellers on eBay only have the option of PayPal as the Payment method??
Anyone know of another alternative? I do not like Paypal.

you dont have only paypal, there are other forms of accepted payments on ebay that one can use.

If it is ebay co.uk, paypal is the nominated choice.

no you don't NEED the guide however not reading the guide before searching the forum will waste A LOT of time

Most likely because you're a brand new seller, so they don't know or trust you yet..therefore they want you to use their preferred payment option...being PayPal

Agreed searching is your best friend be it the forum or the book.

Use any means to get back to ebay in stealth mode works for me.
