My paypal account limited 5 months ago, and my iphone use that account before.

Now I have a new paypal account, may I use my iphone download a new Apps to control my new paypal account?

If the Paypal my iphone IOS version? or APPs? or IP address? or hardware?

is it safe? or my new PP will be linked?

anyone use different PP in one iphone?

Do not use Ebay/Payoal apps, instead think stealth...use a browser on your phone, change IP address, and log your IPs.
