Default Ship a t-shirt with Lettermail?

You might recall I made a similar thread asking if I could send bracelets as lettermail (by Canada Post's official rules, jewellery is not allowed, however I did it anyway)

So now I'm wondering about shipping a t-shirt by lettermail. (Overseas). I bought a couple shirts for myself and I hate they way they fit, and currently my only 2 interested buyers live overseas. Registered (trackable) Lettermail + signature for a t-shirt would ONLY be about $25 overseas. However, the only parcel/packet option to have tracking is XpressPost which would cost $60-65! No buyer would pay that much for shipping and neither can I afford to eat the cost.

As per Canada Post's rules below, I don't see t-shirts or clothing listed under their Acceptable Items but neither is it listed under their Unacceptable Items

What do you think?
