Hi i'm wondering Do people successfully make money with the ebay accounts they buy and cash out with the paypal account they bought ? Like how does it do people that buy ebay accounts sell physical stuff or digital ?

How does that work do you have to buy a VPN and have a ip address the same as the account you buy also to be able to do so?

Thanks for the welcome and response... I just wanted to make sure of a couple things first before i started reading up on certain stuff
