Someone frauding me?

Hi all,

So 2 days ago I sold 7 items on ebay totalling £95 pounds. No charge backs, complaints or disputes. 2 days later, I sold another item for £115 (non ebay to paypal transfer) just a private sale and one hour later my account is limited. So I fill in what is required, next day "This limitation cannot be appealed against"

Call customer service and they kept repeating I am high risk and my business is no longer accepted, I am permanently blocked can never use Paypal again (in those harsh words). As a very confused customer I kept saying why and why and he kept saying "you said the same thing 3 times now if you do again I will hang up" So they cannot tell me why / I do not have a right to know why I am high risk and am being treated like this and there is no way to appeal it they say.

How can I come to terms with this?

I have £210 which can be withdrawn until 180 days.
I cannot use my postage fees to send items to my buyers.
I cannot send my buyers a refund, I rather refund because I cannot use the funds.

I just created another Paypal account - instant limitation.

What is going on?
Why they reject me so badly, they obviously think I am very high risk but why? What about my rights? I did nothing wrong.

They linked you.

Once you have a permanent limitation and you keep creating accounts on the same user account, IP address and MAC address you are just wasting time, it will be a matter of time before they link the accounts.

How can i come to terms with this?

well first you need to do some research on stealth accounts and figure out how they work, because you can not just keep creating account over and over on your network unless you have dhl and can change your ip any time you unplug your modem
