Disbursements to Europe bank from USA Amazon account

I have ghost(s) US Amazon account(s).

I see Amazon has the option to choose any bank account within the Euro zone, have anyone tried to transfer funds from US Amazon directly to Germany, France or Austria without hassles?

Please share your experience and I may share back if Aspkin allows me.
