They can link you and potentially suspend if you don't remove the EXIF information stored in your photos.

Thanks guys and OMG!!! So I have put 1 listing 4 days ago and 1 day till the end of the auction left. So I can't fix that photo, becouse it's already in listing, so they can link me? I put only 1 photo in that listing. OMG! Now I'am really scared!

It is a possible means of being linked. For the future you know what to do.

Was it your own (old) photo or a stock image?

More depends on what you listed.

Thank you guys! You really helped me. I'am absolutely changing the photos taking place.
GreenBean™'- No, it's mine photo not stock and it was new photo just taken in the same place where the suspended account photos were. :/

Sorry for bad English and Thank you all.

They can, but they're not likely to do it. Even changing 1 pixel in the photo will make it completely different and unable for eBay to track it down. Just don't upload the EXACT same photo. Change it a tiny but and you'll be okay. eBay doesn't have the time to check every photo against every photo and analyze everyone's living room or bedroom.

Disgruntled buyer that led to a suspension = might identify the same listing and report you.

Selling hot items with tons of competition = competitors might report account

Moving high risk fo fo = secret buyers are on the prowl

Other than the above, to get around the bots slightly re size the pic or change 1 pixel or change the brightness levels & re save, then strip exif data.

That being said, under a manual review you could be linked.
