Ebay saying need to confirm bank with pp but already did

I bought an account from a seller here.. Everything is okay but when I listed my 1st item with ebay.. While trying to list another ebay said I need to verify some personal info in order to list more items.. Info that need to be verified was add and confirm bank account with pp. So I bought a VBA and did so and added the amounts and veried pp. When going to ebay and trying to list, it give me the same message.. Anyone has any idea why or how I can fix? Thanks

Does it show confirmed on your pp account?

Yes.. it does say everything us confirm on pp.. So i dont know what going on..

Are you sure your pp is correctly linked in your paypal? Also did you verify the vba with paypal with the two small deposits?

yep.. already sold and received payment from 1st item..

And you have signed out and then back into the account?

yep.. I dont remember if you usally get a confirmation email after confirming bank.. But I didnt get that, only the one saying i added a bank need to confirm it now.. But it say confirm on pp and everything

So the pp is verified hmm - try adding a cc to the eB account too
