Default paypal says holds, eb not say it

you know when you list you get a message once you confimr listing sayin you may experienc holds. so i do not getting these no more BUT the tag line is up on paypal saying i may get them.

so which is it?

an how do i stop it quick. I have laptop for sale, and I not wanting to remove it, but i noticed paypal message after I listed.

shall i slip a few low priced thing that will sell quick, will some recent activity
remove holds?

In my experience it takes couple weeks over 3 months of selling , u need to build credibility with Paypal

The PayPal is the correct one. eBay stops telling PayPal to hold after 90 days from your first sale, as you discovered, but in your case it looks like PayPal decided to start holding payments again. So it's PayPal that you should pay attention to now, you definitely have holds again.

no way around this other than build history in selling.

Just have to keep working hard, running good solid sales, fast shipping and no issues with pp and it will come off in time.

As someone mentioned above pp will hold it no matter how many days or fb you have.

Many have posted accounts have been well managed and still have holds past 120 or so days.

Keep doing well and it will come off.

Elijah has put it well for you - you must comply with what PP decides to do on your account - ship quickly, with TRACKING and INSURANCE, get the SIGNATURE (for protection), have the buyer post up positive feedback - will help your account in the longrun
