Paypal Phone Verification

New to the forum and am glad I found it.
Tried to search for the answer to my question below but couldn't find one.
Situation:
My PP account is currently limited pending phone verification. I used a simon card to get passed the CC verification and it worked.

Plan on using Vumber to verify phone. But my question is do you talk to a live person or does an automated system give you a pin number to enter on the site?
