Activity: 0% Longevity: 78% | | Very curious about cases against buyers.
How many cases have you had open at one time against buyers? (can be different person, can be the same)
I just had a person not pay, I had my unpaid assistant turned on and woke up this morning to find that I had 16 cases against one buyer opened (obviously, she purchased the 16 items 4 days ago). New ground for me so I just want to be on my toes for any possible/likely repercussions.

7 is the most at once on any one account. I turn off the assistant on the new ebay accounts, but the accounts that sell in volume of over 200 a week, its just on auto.

Just asking, do you not contact a buyer if they win multiples? I combine shipping so there is (usually) reason to contact etc.
Not sure of your method, of course. | | The Following User Says Thank You to GreenBean For This Useful Post:

Not sure of your method, of course. | Yeah, Gave her free shipping due to the amount of items she won via invoice, after 3 days, I emailed her asking if she wanted to pay or not, then sent a cancellation request, she never cancelled, never replied.
then checked her profile.
I saw that she started to bid on another account of mine and similar items from other sellers.

You went easy on her - I would have maid unpaid buyer cases pretty quickly

Sounds cute!
Comes with an outfit does it? The maid gives out unpaid buyer cases.
cjmixers said the unpaid assistant was in action after 4 days. Just how quick should it have happened?
