How risky is it to change a address in paypal? will it raise flags? also if the irs send a 1099 to a stealth address, what will happen?

It isn't risky IF you have been using the account for sometime - don't do it right away on a new account....or an account you have purchased.

Definitely don't use old info.

So are you asking if it is ok to change your address so you can get the 1099? Or not get the 1099?

Why not spread sales out over many accounts and stay under the radar?

Need more information about the account, age, verrified? Confirmed? ect

Also need information as to what you want to change it to.

You cannot change it to a banned address.

If the account is properly aged than changing the address wouldn't be a big deal, but you need to provide more details why are you changing it, is there an incentive? Will you be changing it to a real address to receive the 1099 and add an EIN maybe?

Simply stay under 20k per year and your good to go as far as paypal is concerned. I like to limit each account to around 18k to be on the safe side.

Totally differs for every account.

Some users have been asked for tax ID at a low $5000.

What happens is paypal projects what the annual total may be based on the sales....

Multiple accounts should strongly be considered. Look around the forum at posts by Sandy D and Dmshark25. they define well how to run accounts in stealth and be under radar.
