Question Linking Gift Card to Paypal/eBay

Hello,

I just recently started a couple of stealth accounts on eBay/PP and have linked them to bank accounts. However I have yet to add a card to them. What is the purpose of adding a card? My accounts already say verified after I linked a bank acc with them so do I still have to add a card? Also, Chase is having a promotion right now for cardholders, you can check it out here:

Ending 9/22/2013 - VISA Gift Card - Order Online - No Fee & Free Shipping - Chase Cardholders Only 09-09-2013 - Slickdeals.net

Will this work for verification purposes? Please advise. Thanks!

Well maybe if you wouldn't keep it a secret more people will use it and it would bring them enough profits and they wouldn't be canceling now?

Exactly the opposite. They're canceling it because the retards on SD have been using it to stack mileage points for the last 2 years.

As long as you had over $15k in combined Chase accounts, then yes.

Why? Because Paypal gives 3 options to Fully Verify the account
1. Bank Account
2. Credit Card
3. SSN#

You need to pick 2....which would you like to choose?
