Activity: 0% Longevity: 66% | | Violations of our rules about Prohibited Content and/or Restricted Products?
Greetings from Amazon.
You have violated our policies by offering items on our site that violate our content guidelines. As a result, you are temporarily unable to sell on Amazon.co.uk and a hold has been placed on funds from your sales on that site. We encourage you to resolve any pending orders.
If you would like to sell on Amazon.co.uk, you must provide a detailed plan for how you will comply with our policies in the future. We will review your plan and decide whether to reinstate your selling privileges.
Our policies prohibit restricted material. We reserve the right to determine the appropriateness of items posted on our site. Here are some examples of your listings in violation of this policy:
ASIN: xxxxxxxxx
Title: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx!
You can view previous e-mails about this policy on the Notification page in the Performance section of Seller Central ( https://sellercentral-europe.amazon....fications.html). To learn more about this policy, search “Prohibited Content” in Seller Central Help.
For guidelines on creating your plan, search “Appeal the Removal of Selling Privileges” in Seller Central Help. To submit your plan, click the “Appeal” button next to this e-mail on the Notifications page in the Performance section of Seller Central ( https://sellercentral-europe.amazon....fications.html).
If you do not submit a viable plan within 17 days, we may cancel your offers and hold any funds in your account for up to 90 days.
We look forward to hearing from you.
Regards,
Seller Performance Team

Check this out guys and approve or not!
"Hello Seller Performance Team,
I am sorry to hear that my account has been suspended for listing items that are in violation of Amazon.co.uk Policies & Agreements.
Please accept my sincere apologies for listings such items on Amazon.co.uk platform. During the last month I have received few Policy Warnings as some items became restricted in European countries. As soon as I have received such a warning I was not listing such items again. The exception was mentioned in my last Policy Warning:
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
I have listed this item for two reasons. Firstly, the ability for listing this item was not restricted. Secondly, I have purchased this product directly form the manufacturer who provided me the Certificate of Quality confirming the compliance with the European Standards (I can send a scan of this document). Having this document I was not aware that this item may be in violation of Amazon.co.uk Policies & Agreements.
Whats more item is still available for sale on Amazon.co.uk on different listings.
During the last few days I have put a lot of effort to set the appropriate plan of action.
My plan of action is as follows: starting today, I have removed all my listings form Amazon.co.uk platform. Once approved by the Food Standards Agency I will list certain products again. With items approved by the Food Standards Agency these issues shall not occur again. As soon as the business will expand I plan to upgrade my account to business and use FBA. As I have done already some bulk orders the high volume of orders will be another reason to switch on FBA services.
Please let me know if any other issue is not answered by this plan of action. Could you reinstate my account?
Many thanks.
Adam W.

Those items are dietary supplements. Ebay and amazon are well known for beeing a pain in the ass of EU supplements sellers.

The problem is, anytime you are selling food items, dietary supplements, etc. - anything that is put into the body - liability issues can arise. Also, sometimes these supplements can push the envelope of what is legal, and then governments get involved, which is a situation that any large company wants to avoid if at all possible. That is why they are a pain in the cha-cha.
Here in the USA, there are current controversies over some of these types of products: e-cigarettes, herbal blends mimicking the effects of marijuana, brownies infused with melatonin, some types of diet pills and a few others. If your product falls into any of these categories, they are NEVER going to LIKE what you are selling.
I would also NEVER tell Amazon or eBay that one of the reasons I listed the item is because their system allowed me to do so - especially after having a similar listing removed.
I'm not judging you or saying that you are doing anything wrong. I wish you the best of luck in getting the account back. I'm just trying to show you what Amazon's point of view MIGHT BE regarding this.

I completely agree with you. I will mention only about that certificate.
How about asking Amazon if item is legit or not before listing it?
Thanks

Here are "upgraded" appeal according to your suggestions:

What about mentioning that this thing is still on Amazon platform? I've included that in my appeal.
As I look on those listings title I see that both has word "TESTOSTERONE" that might be flagged as refering to the anabolic steroid. Those which are still on the platform does not have it.

"What is more while making new listings I will not include any names that might be related to items that violates Amazon.co.uk Policies & Agreements."
I've added also "dodgy" listings ASINs - I have some doubts with that one. I don't want to get anyone f**ked because of that.

Like if you were caught cheating in school, and when you were caught, you tried to justify it by saying that John, Sally, Steve and Kevin were also cheating.
It's like saying that you KNEW what you were doing was wrong, but you did it because others were doing it. And that would not give Amazon confidence in you.

I want them to think that I am a total professional, and that I would never list an item I knew was prohibited REGARDLESS of what other sellers do. In other words, I don't want Amazon to be worried that the same thing will potentially happen in the future.

Very difficult to suggest more specific info without knowing in what area/items you are dabbling - just saying, not expecting any info from your part of course
