DHL shipping problem?

Hi all,

Just talking to one of my suppliers and apparently DHL are recently being strict on parcels getting through customs? Has anybody had any experience of this?
Just wanted to clear it up before i make my order.

It would depend on what you are ordering.

It is not DHL that is responsible for items getting stopped in customs, its HMRC.

So long as your items have the correct value declared and are not phakes then you will have no issues.

Customs in what country?

HK has been a little slow this weekend but that is probably due to Christmas and the air traffic incident.

A lot of problems are actually not from dhl itself but more so from your suppliers forwarder.

Ive had a package reshipped 3 times already, non branded goods that should have been delivered weeks ago
