Keeping the same paypal account after ebay acc is suspended

I was wondering if i can use the same bank account and debit card that was on my paypal account which was linked to my restricted ebay account, on a new eBay Stealth account's new paypal account. Also, is it possible to just unlink the paypal account from the restricted ebay account and then link it to the new eBay Stealth account that i make? or will this somehow link me back to me old ebay account and get me suspended again?

No - none of the ways you discuss work - all cause a LINK. Whether or not you will be suspended...nothing is 100% but why risk it? Go fresh and new

Thanks for the reply, so i will have to make a new bank account and debit card and link it to a new paypal account? Also, what is an AVS CARD, paypal vcc, ebay vcc and how do people selling ebay accounts get to sell these and how do they work, thanks if you know the answer

AVS card is a credit card that matches the address you register the account to - PP uses this to match up with account.

About ppl selling eB accounts...how they get these and such...you should ask the sellers but I doubt they will tell you their sources....business reasons and such

I have to ask...have you actually read the stealth guide because if you have you would already know the answer to this questions.

But in a nutshell

VCC = Virtual Credit Card, you need them for stealth because you dont use your debit card issued by the bank. These will fail the AVS check because the bank account and card will be in your real details and not your stealth details.

Simples.

Thanks, and yh i have read the stealth guide but i thought it said that paypal cannot link me back to my old account if i use my real details on my bank account and debit card, also stealth says that use your REAL address and name when creating a bank account as paypal and ebay cannot link you as the bank doesnt send off the information to paypal of your address and name etc.
How can i get this VCC anyway for free?

If you have used a bank account previously with a blocked pp or ebay account then this is no good. Needs to be a brand new bank account.

Correct! You have to by law provide your real address and name to the bank otherwise its fraud! PP and ebay wont see your name/details unless you a) use the debit card with the PP/Ebay account then there will be a name mismatch between the debit card and whats in your stealth account as it will fail the AVS check or b) allow PP to deduct ebay fees from your account then it will see name and your account will most likely get limited.

Thanks for all your answers, now i understand that i cannot use a debit card with my real details, therefore i am now using an entropay vcc, i am just waiting for funds to be sent to it from my bank account! However, i dont get one thing, on my old stealth account, I ENTERED MY REAL DETAILS IN MY DEBIT CARD AND LINKED IT TO MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT, THIS MEANS THOSE DETAILS AND MY STEALTH DETAILS DIDNT MATCH, HOWEVER I GOT AWAY WITH IT AND I WASNT SUSPENDED BECAUSE OF THIS REASON... BTW I USE TO PAY MY EBAY FEES WITH MY PAYPAL ACCOUNTS MONEY! LOL

Entropay is a good option - nice.

You got away with non-matching info...I wouldnt say to celebrate because PP can cause problems at any time...make backups in case

Yep, i am in the process of making a backup account, however i dont understand what difference it makes if i buy an ebay seller account, ebay vcc and ip address from buyers on this forum when i can make the stealth account on my own. Do you know what makes their way so special of making stealth accoutns that there is a lower chance of ebay blocking you?

There is no LOWER change of eB blocking you - their way is only special because it saves you the time and effort of making you own What you do with the account depends on your actions
