Exclamation What To Do ??

I have a stealth paypal account that just has a bank account linked to it.

I've been using it fir a while to accept payments on my website and everything has been working ok until today when i logged into my account there was a message saying that it has been limited because I'm getting near to my limits and that i needed to supply them with some information to lift the limits.

It also said that i could still use the account as normal, and that the only thing i wouldn't be able to do is close the account.

So i added a new entropay card to the account to se if it would lift the limits but all its done is make things worse.

Now when i log into the account is still says that message about getting near my limits but it also says that its limited for reasons relating to the safe use of the paypal service. and now wants me to supply them with:

1. Photo ID
2. Bank Account Statement
3. Proof Of Address
4. Provide Business Information
5. Lift Limits

Would clicking the confirm card cut this lot down?

If not what do you think i should do ?

Is your annual balance nearing £1900?

Supplying ID is your first & best option.

Other option is to not use the account for months until amount resets.

Thanks for the reply

yes I'm nearing the £1900 limit and that why i got the message saying it was limited the first time.

It was only after i added the entropay card that it started saying that it wanted all the documents.

Ready for the next step then.
