Going to have an Ice cream booth for a summer festival

Do you guys know how much ice cream is usually sold at fares and festivals like this?

I need to figure out how big of a freezer I'll need and how much to make.

I use to sell ice cream out of an ice cream truck. Weather = sales. I sold out a big freezer full of ice cream on the 4th of July. Better to have a big freezer. Because if you go small and sell out no time to restock people will go to another vendor.

How do I transport it and how big and how much ice cream should I make?

You should rent an ice cream truck for this kind of event I am sure - do you have your own stand instead?
