Just want to make purchases through paypal!

I had a sellers PayPal account that got suspended. I am now using a different service to accept payments, but since I am a RESELLER I still need to make purchases through PayPal. Some sites require me to make an account to make a purchase instead of being a guest. I keep making new accounts through paypal and keep getting suspended when all I want to do is make purchases :(!

Is there anything I can do to have a new paypal account just to purchase things overseas? Thanks.

I suggest you read the stealth guide & the forum for a few days and then create a pp stealth acct. & fund your purchases with a Vanilla Visa. I use and old eb & pp stealth acct. that only had selling privileges revoked.

good news is that buying on a stealth account is much easier than selling on one. read the forums before you attempt to make an account.

learn the stealth method and make a new PP for purchasing - you CANNOT use ANY old information.

The forums here have a lot of info that will also help in making new pp and how they are linking you
