Zen mate/Vpn? IP Location concerns

I came across this chrome extension called zenmate which protects your identity over the internet. If you have not tried it, please do.

I have checked using ip burger, it gives new ips every time you stop the extension and switch it back on.

I also discovered that even though you are connected using a specific ip, it automatically changes.

for eg.

First time i connected using zen mate,
207.244.76.210 - ip assigned.

Now I checked ip burger after 10 min of the initial connection it changed to:
207.244.72.201

I check back again after 10 mins ip changed to 67.212.234.164

I managed to check these ips using geobytes and they came up utah and new york.

Now my concern is even though it is giving me new ips, its changing randomly without asking me. Will this flag paypal? because the ip is changing my location to different states almost every 10 mins?

I want to use paypal just to send invoice to my customers and receive money for sales I make on ioffer. Note: I do not sell on ebay and will not use the stealth paypal on ebay at all.


Also, i have read contradictory statements that using VPN is a good idea /also read its not a good idea.

I have hotspot shield installed and my cable connection is from comcast.

With hotspotshield the ip provided to me does not randomly change every 10 mins.

Which one should i use? zen mate or VPN. Thanks.

Just use a dongle -It is much neater and a lot simpler.

VNP is not ideal. If you want to know why read up about VPN's and it should be self evident.

If you really want a service liek a VPN, then VPS is much better.

That is dangerous.

Go for cellphone tethering, dongle...even dial-up if you can tolerate slow speeds
