Does eBay track a buyer account's IP, and link the IP to another seller account?

A general rule of thumb is to assume that anything you enter within eBay's system is tracked and can be linked to another account. This especially includes IP.

Yes all info is tracked - buyer accounts ONLY tend to get away with more leeway but for sure, if linked to another seller account...can cause problems for that seller account

Every account is tracked.

If you use anything from account A on account B they will know it.

This will without a doubt be tracked. Make sure you keep records.

Ebay's buyer purge is up 1000+% in 2013 from 2012 so yes the are watching buyers as much as sellers. Report buyer button is there for a reason.

To back everyone else up - yes they do.

However...they dont seem to draw as much scrutiny from my experience with ebay.

yes it would be, if you are going to buy off your seller account from buyer account or any activity generally it will go against u

just don't use it

maybe use a dongle
