Anyone know cheap international shipping to US?

Any one know the best/least expensive shipping from abroad back to the US. Fedex, DHL, and UPS are way to high. We use EMS from Thailand and China to the US, but am looking for other areas.

For instance,

1.) What is least expensive way to ship from Australasia to US?

2.) What is least expensive to ship from UK to US?

DHL is 160RMB up till 1KG from China to US/Europe 3 day delivery. Myself I think thats very cheap!
