My Amazon Germany account just got suspended due to missing information in my "impressum". Whatever that means.
A few weeks ago I got an email from Amazon Germany stating that the contact information in my public seller profile is still incomplete or incorrect. Although it is correct and I have no problems in other Amazon marketplaces.
They referred that I should search for "impressum" in the seller central and find further info from there. I did this, but I could not find anything that would help me.
I sent them an email asking for further details on how to fix the issue. I got a reply and the seller performance team was supposed to email me but didn't. Instead they just suspended my account for the moment.
I added copies of the 2 emails below.
Have any of you had this issue before with Amazon Germany? I don't understand what information is missing or incomplete. Is it because I have been using a US bank account(has been working perfectly so far)? The address registered to this account is in Canada.
If anybody know how to fix this or has any info that could help me then please let me know, I would greatly appreciate it.
Thank you.
