 Legit Business PP account limited and linked to PERSONAL bad paypal account.
Hi everyone,
Here's the situation. My personal paypal account 4-5 years ago went sour. I won't go into details but lets just say it was ebay related. The account has a negative balance.
Fast forward 2 years later and I opened a legit paypal business account. The business is US incorporated and has its own phone line. The business account has been in good standing since 2010. My name which was on the personal account is also on the business account. (Different addresses)
Last week an ebay member opened a claim against me for an auction. (With paypal, not ebay) I quickly refunded them the payment. My feedback is more valuable to me than money.
Today I login and my account is limited. PayPal stated there are 3 steps to unlimit my account.
-Resolve any open disputes
-Make sure there are no negative balances
-Resolve any issues with paypal account relate to email address blankblank@gmail.com
The first two are complete but how do I do the last and do I have to since the new account in a business paypal account connected to a legit business bank account?
I appreciate any replies in advance!
