Any cheap prepaid cards accepting mismatch

Hi, wondering if anyone knows of any uk prepaid cards that accept withdrawals on a different name other then card one banking thanks .

its too much for me at 12.50 a month plus every now and again they ask for a screenshot of the paypal withdrawal transaction

You cannot withdraw to a card from a UK Paypal.

Prepaid cards in the UK have bank accounts attached to them, some are unique so work with Paypal.

Why do they ask for a screenshot of the paypal withdrawal?

Don't no about others card one banking have asked for proof when I with drawed to the account they put the money on hold as the name wasn't same as bank account name and so they asked me for a screenshot probs to make sure it was my account as I said it was my nickname
