Default Buying a UK VBA?
I am wondering if anyone knows or has heard of UK VBAs for sale?

I need to verify an account, but I don't need to withdraw money as I spend all the money on the PayPal account on merchandise.

There is no such thing as a VBA for the UK. You can get a prepaid bank account or a cash card.

But Basic bank accounts are always better to use.
