ebay wont let me list in a catogary

I had to list a Vacuum cleaner in everything else>other
but the strange thing this is the first time this month I have tried to sell under vacuum cleaners?

Category listing does not rest at the beginning of each month, it is set to 30 days from limitation.

what is the reasoning behind them all it does is stack up my stock while i have to wait?
yes ebay sucks and paypal sucks there are a nightmare and glad its not my only source of income
