You run a big risk of linking yourself.

Protect this new stealth account for as long as you can.

When you make your new stealth account, you add a new bank account.

That bank account must not have been used on ebay/paypal before.

Then you can transfer funds.

No safe transfers.

Just get a new bank account for your new pp - then get the money to your bank account and put it on your credit card

Yes new bank account every time. Use your real details on the bank account sign up forms. Your paypal details will still remain stealth becuase PP can not see the details on your bank account, only the #'s that you provide to PP.

The bank account is registered at the BANK to you and real address BUT...you provided a stealth address and name to PP...they cannot see the real info of the bank from the beginning
