Default Should I just let it die?

Right so I had a paypal account limited with appeal denied due to a link with one of my previous accounts. The guy on the phone said this was a link over 6 months ago so it must have been before I was properly understanding all measures needed. I have 100% accepted this is a dead account

Here is my pain, however. Linked to it was a top rated business seller ebay account, with 850 100% positive, 600 item limit. Now I know that there will absolutely be a link here I am just curious why this account is still totally unscathed in terms of any limits, everything. It pains me to see such a good account still alive.

Would I be wasting my time completely if I was to:
build new browser data on new user account
wait
Change the name details on the ebay account (its a business account)
Wait a few months
Create a paypal in the new name, verify etc
wait
link
wait
sell again

Are they taunting me here or have there been any successes with this sort of situation?

Short term solution and will get you banned indefinately again. Just start fresh, there is no need to try and save accounts that are in this type of mess

Account cannot use PayPal anymore.

No way to link a new PP. It will just get shut down.

Only way to use this eB account safely is using ANOTHER approved payment method - Skrill for example
