Depends on what sort of account you want

I tend to start with individuals accounts.

Totally upto you though

Is there a question RE the second screen shot?

You need to lift the EU £1900 limits.

Your ID and utility bill. Potentially invoices etc.

Business accounts I have found they will always tend to ask for more information on any limitation, from my personal experience.

They will want photo ID showing your registered name and registered DOB
A utility bill / Bank statement showing your registered address.

I would really not withdraw the entire £1300 in one go, that is just asking to be limited.

The bank account ideally would be been added and the PP verified well before now.

Basic stealth methods say no to this unless you really know what you're doing. I would rather withdraw the £1300 all in one go than send to another PayPal.....this is going to end in tears one way or another!
