Paypal sending money between accounts

I don't quite understand why it would bad to send money from one stealth paypal account to another paypal account that is aaociated with the suspended ebay account. I still have a active paypal account with my original ebay that I will still use to buy with. I don't really think I want to use a off site bank for the new account , namely because the Chase checking involves a monthly fee, I anint gonna do that. I want to use another local bank

IP won't be the only thing t hat will get you linked. Paypal isn't stupid, they do look at transactions history. Frequently sending a payment between two accounts raise high suspicions.

And most certainly do not send gift payments.

It seems that to send a gift, a SS is required in the states now. At least that has been my annoying experience the past two evenings.

Now that aspect. does make sense. I would think, that for instance since my zips are the same, Paypal might look upon this with distain. Why would two people be sending money to each other . I suppose its none of their business, but I understand. Drugs, Illegal activity.

Im just paranoid about getting a new bank account , they want to know so many things, . I have one transaction completed now I want my money .

SS number, photo ID and address..... Nothing more unless you are opening a business account and then a few simple questions and EIN in addition. Usually takes less than 15 minutes per bank. Can open 3-4 accounts at 3-4 banks in a morning. Add in some savings accounts and 6-8 new account numbers.
