Seller performance below standard - can i change address ?

Hi all

My seller performance is currently below standard, it has been since august review. Ebay have put restrictions on selling limits first being 30 items then at last review lowered again to 25.

I had changed what i sell to items from around the house to try and recover but iv just had another defect from a sale id made before the recovery.

My firdt question is, can i try to save the address by changing it on ebay now befor / if the ban me

my second question is i have defects opened by people who didnt want to open and i have messages with them saying that, can i call them and try to remove them ? if so befor or after i try changing the address ?

If i can change address and call to remove some defects then i might be able to save the account and the address

I just want to add i think the ability to actually use your home address is best and would hate to have to start borrowing them again

The current address on the ebay account will ALWAYS be linked to that ebay account, even if you remove it.
Same with paypal.

You need to improve your DSR's by shipping items with free postage, faster dispatch and writing a move detailed description.

Mark items dispatched before 24hours on ebay.

Yep, so I'm not alone!. September review 6.9 October looks like 6.3. Doing all I can to save the situation but it's like one step forward and two steps back. At what stage do they pull the plug?

im not sure, i was confident because i was making good progress in bringing mine down and i worked out i could be right again after christmas. I also have some id like to dispute so if even 1 or 2 got removed i would be almost be ok

but then i got this one so my downward trend has taken a big setback and im worried it will be suspended after next review

would be interesting to know how many others are still below standard but not banned yet

U have my sympathy. I'm losing sleep over it. Trying to get stealth up and running again after a year lay-off. Problem is, I've about 100 waiting to post
