Raising selling limit, should I wait?

Should I wait until eBay grants me a higher selling allowance or should I request it? The only problem here is I do not have access to the address that I used. I'm currently on the first ever limit and it's going alright, I'm happy to be selling again. Sold a few items but currently got my limit maxed out (listed all ten items) I'm not sure if they're going to want to send a letter for address verification or not so I haven't proceeded to request higher.

Also, I'm currently tethering from my mobile and when I create listings my images are always terrible quality when uploaded via tethering. Does anybody know why?

You can only get an increase if your account is over 45 days old on a personal account.

Sell to your limits each month and eventually you will get a natural increase in your selling limits. This is IMO the best method as it keeps the account under the radar

Does anybody else know why my images are so poor quality? I know it's not because my tethered connection is strong because I got a friend to check and he sees the same poor quality image

explain is this on Firefox or explorer or ebay?

if u are selling lots of items go to a business account on eBay or wait 45 days if u are only using for personal sales

they never raise limits. I have two accounts and always got to call it in.

They raised my limits automatically 2 weeks ago

I have accounts that have had no increases in ages BUT I don't call in...I just rely on other accounts
