US eBay for non US resident

Hi I've got some decent suppliers located in the US and wanted to drop ship on eBay. I wanted to open a US stealth inorder to make full use of this. Already have a friends bank account I can use who lives there. Problem is I've read its not good to use proxies as eBay can tell. What are my other options? I found a website offering guaranteed Fresh IP's for additional charge of course. Would that be ok? Any tips or help would be much appreciated.

Not a good idea to use a friends bank account. It has tax implications.

You will need to use a VPS or VPN to get a US IP. Needs to be chosen carefully.

Drop shipping is generally not a good long term plan.

Do you know any VPS or VPN supplier you could recommend to me? I wouldn't know where to look to be frank. Also which one is generally better in my situation?
To be honest I am not too fused about how long it last as eBay is not my main source of income.

Some of the forums approved sellers provide good VPS services.

As I mentioned the biggest issue you will face is how to get the money out of the account. Using someone elses bank account is a very bad idea.
