Yes its possible.

You will need a US bank account, US IP and work out what you will do if you get the 200/$20,000 PP tax request

A real Bank will best to use with a US Ebay/PayPal. Also, how will you handle returns? or will you be drop-shipping?

dropship and possibly use a US po box to handle returns.

yeah i read, im not quite sure why this is?

apart from the extended delivery times and the risk of purchases not being able to be fullfilled due to stock avilalability, i dont see any reason for them to frown upon it.

You answered exactly why yourself....

Extended delivery times, your not in control of the stock quaility, you cannot be sure the item got posted ect.

yeh i understand. But if you can near enough guarauntee reasonable delivery times and stock, then i dont see any problem.
i think its a matter of getting it right the first time round and not messing things up with buyers etc

ebay do allow dropshipping though right? i have read somewhere on thier website they allow dropshipping.

Ebay themselves are a dropshipper Ive been dropshipping on Ebay and Amz for years

This method with Payoneer is as good as dead in the water. PayPal do not want to deal with Payoneer anymore

There's your major flaw.

Can not do near enough with much on ebay of any country these days.

Have to be right on the ball.


Read more of the forum where users are getting dinged with global defects.

Still doable but can't push through high amounts
