Paypal debit card question

Can i use a debit card that takes money from a bank, already linked to a suspended paypal account? Is it possible for paypal to find out the bank account number associated with a debit card?

No, you need to use completely new financial information on each account. Nothing can be reused.

No they cannot find out the bank account number of the debit card attached.

if they cannot find out the bank number then how will they ever link it back to me? As far as paypal will be concerned, it's just another debit card right?

If you use a real debit card than PayPal will be able to see the name and address associated with the Debit card

That's why u need to use a Gift card or VCC

A bank account is total separate issue, and paypal cannot see the name and address of the Bank account Attatched
