can PP debit a prepaid for a chargeback?

If you have a netspend and it works so far, and there is a chargeback - can pp debit the prepaid netspend the same way they can take money out of a regular account? Thx.

PP can theoretically go after any payment method on file - if no payment form is possible, account goes limited...goes negative and can be sent to collections
