EB / PP and IP address

Sorry for asking loads of questions guys - but trying to get my head around the process as don't want to jump in head first and become limited again!

In the guide it explains to create new windows per account created which is fine, say for arguments sake I have 3 windows account:

John Smith - IP 123456(789)
Joe Smith - IP 123456(987)
Paul Smith - IP 123456(879)

Can I (A) physically change the IP address on each returning login between accounts?
(B) Would I need to change these every time looked on the accounts?

I have a separate laptop which I am going to just set up for Stealth only you see.

Must keep track of your IPs for each account so they don't mix. Yes, each windows user account has to have its own IP. Each account has to have its own IP.

Between the 3 accounts you cannot use the same IP (as in account 1 cannot use the same IP as account 2 or 3, but account 1 could use the same IP that has already been used on account 1 before)

You could use a VPN/VPS for each account with a Dedicated IP, or simply use a dongle and make sure the IP address does not repeat by tracking the IP
