Default Any one ever use the "send it to ebay and let us sell it for you" opition?

Im just wondering has any one here used that option? and of so what happens when the buyers a scammer and trys to say u deceived them with incorrect listing or parts missing since ebay did all the work for u. wonder if ebay still sides with the buyers 99.99999% like when they do any other time. also wonder what happens to the items that don't sell they just keep them or send them back to you. It seems like a good way to get rid off a lot of stuff and get 80% of the money and not have to do all the work of listing the stuff like me I sell 2nd hand items and im getting a lot of stuff faster then I can get it listed cause its so time consuming and respective.

Echo that, never seen anything over here in the UK along the lines of, let us sell if for you, where Ebay takes over everything.

From the ebay valet FAQ section:

How do I become a valet?

Valets are carefully screened for inclusion in the program. Requirements include, but are not limited to: (1) ability to list 100,000 listings each month, (2) storage capacity sufficient to hold and manage items received for at least 21 calendar days, (3) ability to list items across all eBay categories, (4) physical presence in all major metropolitan hubs in the U.S. and (5) demonstrated ability to reach Top Rated Seller status on eBay within 90 days of starting valet services.

Like uh yeah, I can list up to a 100,000 items each month.

God, what a train wreck that must be for the poor souls that send their stuff in!

I wouldn't trust them to sell a worthless Beanie Baby!

Reminds me of all the sold-it-on-ebay stores that sprung up about 10 years ago. They did not last long because that quickly got a reputation for cheating their customers.
