Newbie Business Seller start up help

Hello

I am in the middle of transfer process of private to business seller. So far I have
rented a mailing address for registration and returns and found out about registering as a sole trader with the inland rev. also I have changed my ebay trading name.

What else should I be doing, any tips welcome !!
